Julius Guillod, 81, a native of Switzerland and a Canton resident 24 years, died Saturday, December 16, 1944 in his home at 902 17th st NW after a long illness.
For 15 years he was custodian at First Reformed church and previously had operated a farm near Louisville. He was a member of First Reformed church and the Swiss Benefit Society.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Marie (Erzer) Guillod of he home; one daughter, Mrs. Carl (Ilda May) Aebi; three sons, Carl (Zella) and Albert (Mabel) of Canton and William (Hilda) Guillod of Cuyahoga Falls; eight grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
