Funeral for Robert C. Bass, 94, will be at 2 p.m. Monday, March 2, 2009, at Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. Paul Sevar officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery. Mr. Bass died Feb. 25, 2009, at Westward Trails Nursing Home. Born May 16, 1914, in Nacogdoches, he was the son of David and Ruth Bass. Visitation will be from 1 until 4 p.m. Sunday, March 1.
