His grandparents were Enoch and Margarete Ruckman Park and John and Priscilla Slonaker Swisher. His great grandparents were John and Elizabeth Kline Swisher and George and Nancy Marchant Slonaker.
He married Mary Elizabeth Combs February 5, 1903. They had five children: Elva Neotie, Nova Olga, Berlyn Enoch, Audney Stella and Arvella Park.
