Note:
Herschell was in the Army during peacetime after World War I; later he was a cook for many years in the Coast Guard. When he died 11/15/1980, his sister, Bertha (Baccus) Hooks was administratrix of his estate. His property, consisting of Lots 21 and 22 in Block 10 of Original town of Hollis, Oklahoma; household furnishings and a 1973 Toyota pickup, was sold and proceeds distributed equally to his surviving relatives. Estate was closed September 3, 1981. Funeral
