Martha Elliott Withrow, 87, of Hitchins, died at King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland.
She was a daughter of the late Johnny and Pink Carroll Withrow. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Chester Withrow in 1995; one daughter, Betty Fannin; three brothers, Ernest Elliott, Walter Elliott, and George Elliott; two sisters, Edith Moore, and Audrey Justice.
She is survived by one son, Jackie Withrow of Hitchins, one grand-daughter, Angela Johnson of Rush; and 3 great-grandchildren.
