Dallas D. Chambers was my maternal g uncle. He was the son of Theophilus C. Chambers and Julia Ann Moor Chambers, his father served during the Civil War with the 83rd Pennsylvania Volunteers, Company I. Dallas was placed in an orphanage with at least 2 other brothers.
