BESSIE MANNING UNZICKER
Bessie Manning Unzicker died Tuesday at a local hospital.
She was a native of Daisy Vestry, Miss., and resident of Mobile for many years. She was a member of Cottage Hill Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by her husband, Captain John A. Unzicker; three daughters, Martha U. Crawford and Sandra U. McCrory, both of Mobile, and Suellen U. Kelley of Montgomery; two sons, Cmdr. John A. Unzicker Jr. of New Orleans and Capt. Larry M. Unzicker of Mobile; four sisters, Iris M. Harrison, Jessie M. Baldwin, Euvon M. Cole and Dean M. Miller, all of Mobile; ten grandchildren; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Visitation will be held Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Radney Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home, with interment in Pine Crest Cemetery.
