Frieda Bocher Nelson, 79, formerly of 1515 Memorial drive SE, died Sunday Morning a brief illness. She had been a Cedar Rapids resident eight years.
Born April 28, 1893, in Bonduel, Wis., she was married to C. Henning Nelson Oct. 9, 1924, at Gillett, Wis. Surviving are her son, John H. Nelson, Cedar Rapids; two sisters, Mrs. R. J. Smith, Green Bay, Wis., and Mrs. John Trochlell of Milwaukee, and two grandsons.
Services: Turner chapel east at 9 a.m. Tuesday by Dr. Glenn McMichael.
Burial: Wanderers Rest Cemetery, Gillett, Wis. Friends may call at the chapel until 9 p.m. Monday.
The casket will not be opened after the services.
