(Laona) Louis P. Bocher, 76, Laona, died Yuesday morning at his home. He was born July 7, 1889, in Bonduel and married Harriet Hansen November 20, 1812, in Green Valley. Mr. Bocher was a member of Crandon Masonic Lodge No. 287 since 1916, Laona Lions Club and Laona Presbyterian Church. In 1911 he came to Laona where he was employed by the L&N Railroad until his retirement in January 1957. Survivors are his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Darol Johnson, Fairbury, Ill.; Mrs. Norbert Stauber, Laona; two sons, Phillip and Robert, both of Jacksonville, Florida; three sisters, Mrs. Ray Smith, Green Bay; Mrs. Henning Nelson, Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Mrs. John Trochell, Milwaukee; three brothers, Alvin and Edward, both of Two Rivers; Otto, Hendersonville, N.C.; 17 grandchildren; one great-grandchild. Viewing at Halverson Funeral Home, Crandon, after 2p.m. Friday. Masonic rites 8 p.m. Friday. Funeral 3 p.m. Saturday, Presbyterian Church, Laona, the Rev. Larry Wincentsen of Crandon officiating. Burial in Laona Cemetery.
