From the 1909 HUFFORD FAMILY HISTORY, page 45:
"Solomon Hufford, son of Solomon Sr., lived with his parents in Fairfield County, Ohio, on his father's farm. On April 25, 1846, he was married and first lived on 80 acres that his father gave him joining his own on the north. He lived there until 1856. He sold to Samuel, his brother, and purchased 80 acres adjoining his father on the west. In 1857, he sold to Isaiah Hall and purchased 160 acres one mile northwest of Rossville, Clinton County, Indiana. In 1861 he traded his farm for his brother Samuel's 80 acres in Fairfield County, Ohio, receiving of him $1,850. He lived there until fall of 1868. He sold to Mr. Beard (a miller), and purchased an improved farm west of Cerro Gordo, Ill., where he and his wife died."
Solomon's and his wife's photos are on page 45 of that book.
