Mrs. Minnie Eichelberger Himes, 85, of 624 N. Lime St., died at her home at 1:25 p.m. Saturday following a lengthy illness. Born in Leacock Township, she was the widow of Thomas A. Himes and the daughter of the late Henry and Mary Keener Eichelberger. She was a lifelong resident of Lancaster County. She was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church. Surviving are a daughter, Ruth, wife of George H. Sachs, with whom she resided; two grandchildren and four great grandchildren. (Lancaster New Era - Dec 8, 1975)
