Mrs. Elizabeth Keener Starr, seventy-two, wife of Peter W. Starr, 930 N.W. 42nd Street, Miami, Fla., died late Tuesday afternoon at a Miami hospital where she was admitted after a lengthy illness. Born in Monterey, Lancaster County, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Mary Keener Eichelberger. She operated "Starr's Tea Room" in this city for many years until 15 years ago, when she moved to Florida. She was a former member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ of Lancaster, and later a member of the Reformed Church in Miami. Surviving are her husband, Peter W. Starr; a son Earl E. Starr, one granddaughter, all of Florida; and these sisters: Mrs. Katie Groetzke, Mrs. Nora Wilson, Mrs. Anna Troop, Mrs. Minnie Himes, and Mrs. Cora Kienzle, all of Lancaster.
