Migie D. Phallan, 74, of 4209 Woody Lane in Bryan died in a local hospital Wednesday. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Willow Hole Chapel in North Zulch with the Rev. W.U. Van Sickle of Madisonville officiating. Burial will be in Willow Hole Cemetery. Arrangements are by Hillier Funeral Home. Mrs. Phallan, born in Madison County, had lived in Brazos County since 1968. She was a homemaker and a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church in North Zulch. Survivors include her husband, Preston Phallan of Bryan; two sons, Bill Phallan of Tomball, Earl Phallan of LaPorte; two daughters, Jeanette Hyman, Betty Carroll, both of Bryan; two sisters, Alma Gibson, Georgia Wilson, both of Bryan; 16 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
