Mrs. Alfred V. Ollikain Jr., nee Alice Olson, age 44 of 13021 B. 16th Ave. North, Minneapolis, Minnesota passed away at Abbott Hospital on February 1, 1970. She has had a lingering illness for 3 ½ years, and was a resident of St. Therese Nursing Home of New Hope, Minn. for 9 months.
She was born at Alexandria, Minn. to Harry and Sigrid Olson on May 17, 1925. She attended grade school at Districts 93 and 69, and Alexandria High School.
After Minneapolis employment, she was united in marriage to Alfred W. Ollikain of New York Mills, Minn. on November 21, 1945 at Augustana Lutheran Church at Alexandria.
To this marriage were born 4 children; Mrs. Kenneth Rohlik (Joan) of Mound, Minn. and Mary, Judy and Randy of Minneapolis. She is survived by her husband, children and 3 grandchildren, her parents, 3 sisters and numerous friends and relatives.
She was preceded in death by her mother and one brother.
Services were held at Vison of Glory Lutheran Church, 13200 Hwy. 55 Minneapolis with Rev. Sonnanberg officiating. Interment was made at the Fort Snelling Cemetery.
