William H. father William took his three son's Abraham, Isaac, and William and also a son-in-law Willard Wilkinson to Davenport where they joined others of their division.
William H. was in Company D. 28th Iowa Infantry, during the Civil War. He had two brother's that died in the Civil War they were also in Company D. 28th Iowa Infantry, Cyrus Abraham died of sickness and was sent to Jefferson Barracks. Missouri. Isaac died at Milliken's Bend, Louisana.
