Verona was born October 21, 1915 in Vernal, Utah to David O. and Agnes O'Niel Jacobson.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and held many callings. On April 18, 1934, she married Floyd H. Pease, Sr. On June 17, 1949, they were married in the Salt Lake Temple and with their three children were sealed for time and all eternity.
Verona was very talented with her hands and made thousands of angels and other crafts for family and friends. She had a very big heart. She was employed in the Medical Development field for many years. Verona and Floyd traveled together for many years after their retirement with the Good Sam club.
She is survived by her three children, Verona Marge (Charlie) Jeffers, Floyd H. (Connie) Pease, Jr., and Merlyn Bruce (Diana) Pease; a daughter-in-law Carolyn Pease; 19 grandchildren; and many many great and great-great-grand-children. She was the last survivor of 15 brothers and sisters who all preceded her in death.
Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery, 1950 East Dimple Dell Road (10600 South).
