Montz Services Set for Tuesday
Funeral services for Stanley A Montz, technical engineer for the Housing Authority of New Orleans, will be conducted at 8:30 Tuesday from the auxiliary funeral home of Jacob Schoen and Sons, 3827 Canal.
A Requiem High Mass will be said at St Vincent de Paul Catholic church, 3053 Dauphine, and interment will be in Greenwood cemetery.
Mr Montz, 42, died at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in his residence, 3111 St Claude, after a brief illness.
He was a member of the Cardinal Gibbons Council No 2918 Knights of Columbus, the St Vincent de Paul Society, and the Holy Name Society of the St Vincent de Paul church.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs Joelle Ann Bullock, two sons, Stanley A Montz Jr, and Robert J Montz, the father, Andrew S Montz, three sisters, Mrs Joseph Shea Jr, Mrs Fred Darsan and Mrs Vincent Labarbara, and a brother, Andrew Montz, all of New Orleans.
