WAFFENSCHMIDT - On Monday, June 4, 1956, at 9:12 a.m., EVELYN MONTZ, wife of Ed A Waffenschmidt, mother of Betty and Janet Waffenschmidt, daughter of Andrew S Montz and the late Laura Arnoult, sister of Mrs Lucille Shea, Mrs Genevieve Fabre, Andrew, James and Stanley Montz, of New Orleans, and Mrs Laure LaBarbera of Philadelphia, Pa. Relatives and friends of the family, also officers and employes of Whitney National Bank of New Orleans are invited to attend the funeral from the home of Tharp-Sontheimer-Tharp, Ince, 4127 South Claiborne avenue (parking entrance on Milan street), on Wednesday morning, June 6, 1956, at 10 o'clock, followed by requiem high mass at St Matthias Church, Broad street at Gen Pershing. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery.
