Illness of Four Weeks' Duration Proves Fatal--Funeral Yesterday Afternoon--Interment at Elmwood.
At her home, No. 3 South McDowell street, Mrs. Annie B. Munzler died yesterday morning at 3 o'clock. She had been very ill for about a month and her death was not unanticipated. She was the widow of the late Fred C. Munzler.
Surviving are her mother, Mrs. F. M. Scott, two daughters, Mrs. H. H. Hunter and Miss Rena Munzler of this city; three brothers, Messrs. W. D., J. B. and C. A. Scott, and three sisters, Mrs. Robert Borngesser of Greenville, S. C., Mrs. Berryhill of Florida and Mrs. W. C. Davis of Charlotte. Mrs. Munzler was 40 years old.
Rev. Robert L. Patterson conducted the funeral yesterday afternoon at 5 o'clock. Mrs. Munzler was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran church. He was assisted by Rev. Dr. J. G. Kennedy, pastor of East Avenue Tabernacle. the pallbearers were Messrs. J. B. McCoy, C. B. Sykes, T. W. Neal, N. C. Valaaer, C. D. Shelby and A. R. Williams. The interment was at Elmwood.
