daughter of John Hobart Honey and Lydia Rowe Byleen Honey.

Mrs. Matilda Miller, daughter of John and Lydia Honea, was born in Maries County, Missouri, on January 23, 1858, died November 21, 1930, at the age of 72 years, 9 months, 29 days. She was married to William D. Miller on September 21, 1876. To Mr. and Mrs. Miller were born eight children, seven girls and one boy; Mrs. N. S. Stubblefield, Mrs. O. E. Rustin, Mrs. Floyd Elder, Mrs. R. L. Palmer, Mrs. W. H. Miller became a follower of Christ at an early age of 9 years and was united with the Baptist Church when she was 12 years old. Mr. Miller preceded his wife in death on August 15, 1923. Besides the immediate family, Mrs. Miller had seventeen grandhildren and eleven great-grand-children. Three brothers, Shell, John and Alonzo Honea mourn the loss of their sister. The funeral was conducted by Rev. William Huffman, of Ash Grove, Missouri. Music was furnished by the church choir. Mrs. Ross Dodd and mrs. R. E. Duff sang solos. Pallbearers were: N. S. Stubblefield, O. E. Rustin, R. L. Palmer, W. H., Kail, H. W. Monday and Alvin Stubblefield. Interment was in the Stoutland cemetary.
