Race St., Greenville, died at 7:05 p.m. Tuesday (4-18-00) in UPMC Horizon, Greenville, following an extended illness. She was 49. Mrs. Leonard was born Jan. 8, 1951, in Salina, Pa., to John and Elizabeth Brank Faulton. A homemaker, she was a member of the Salvation Army Corps, Greenville. Surviving are: her husband, Donald R. Leonard Sr., whom she married Aug. 1, 1984; two sons, Richard and Jarrod; and three daughters, Amy, Anita and Dawna, all Greenville; and three grandsons. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a grandson,Kody Keith Johnson. Memorial contributions may be made to Salvation Army Corps, 288 Main St., Greenville 16125. LEONARD Mrs. Donald R.
