Mrs. Anderson Funeral Monday
Funeral services for Mrs. Betty Anderson were held Monday at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church. She died the preceding Thursday In Omaha at the age of 84. Rev. John A. Plerson officiated at the services. Mrs. M. J. Richards vras soloist and Mrs. Gerald Wallerstedt was organist. Pallbearers were A.A.A. Anderson, Adolph Gustafson, Willard Heyne, Oscar C. Johnson, Robert Martin and Lewis MogoL Interment was in the Oakland Cemetery, Palmquist Funeral Home, Inc. was in charge of arrangments.
Caroline Elizabeth (Betty) Anderson was born April 7, 1887 In Oakland to John W. and Ida Anderson. She was baptized and confirmed in the First Lutheran Church where she was a member until she died.
She married Ed William Anderson Sept 19, 1914. They lived on a farm south of Oakland until 30 years ago when they moved to Oakland. Mrs. Anderson spent the last two years In a rest home. She was preceded in death by her husband Ed in 1956; three sisters and two brothers.
Surviving are five nephews, Arnold Anderson of Omaha, Arnold and Lloyd Nordstrom of Tekamah; Eddie and Clifford Nordstrom of Winner, S. Dak.hhw
