Cory, Ind, July 23 - James F Modesitt, 73 years old, died at the residence three and one-half miles north of Cory, Tuesday. He is survived by the widow, Caroline; two sons. F.M., of Cory and O.F., Of Carbon; three daughters, Mrs. Melvin Siegelis and Anna and Ruth Modesitt; one sister, Mrs. Martha Corbin and six grandchildren. The funeral will be held at the home at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon. Burial will be in Oak Hill cemetery
