Mr. Granger died at 9 a.m. Monday in a Lake Charles hospital.
A lifelong resident of Vinton he had been employed by W.R. Grace & Co. for 35 years. He was a member of Vinton Lodge 364, F&AM; Vinton Chapter 153, Order of the Eastern Star; Welsh Memorial United Methodist Church in Vinton, and was a vetern of Army service.
Survivors are his wife Mrs. Bobbie (Hudson) Granger; three daughters, Cynthia "Cindy" Granger Petitt, Carolyn Granger Courville, and Linda Beth Granger Keeling; two sisters, Mrs. Evelyn Granger Benoit, and Mrs. Patsy "Pat" Granger Allen; his mother Kate Norris Granger; and five grandchildren.
