Norman L. Barnard, 83, of White Hall died at 6 a.m. Monday at East Alton. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Dawdy Funeral Home. Burial will be in Ridgewood Cemetery.
Surviving are nieces and nephews, including John Goodall of Jacksonville and Jeannette Goodall Bickmore of East Alton.
