Edna Goodall died at 12:35 p.m. Friday at the home of her granddaughter, Mrs. Ed Bickmore, in East Alton. Mrs. Goodall spent many years at White Hall and still retained her home here. She was born at Roodhouse Sept. 29, 1879, the daughter of John and Millie Jane Hopper Barnard. Surviving besides her granddaughter is a grandson, John Goodall of White Hall. The two were reared in her home after the death of their parents. Mrs. Goodall also leaves a brother, Norman Barnard of White Hall. A son, Albert, is deceased. Three brothers and three sisters also preceded her in death. The body was taken to the Dawdy Funeral Home and will be removed to Mrs. Goodall's residence in White Hall Saturday afternoon. Services will be held Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at the First Baptist Church here, with Rev. Ruth Nicklin officiating. Burial will be in White Hall cemetery.
