William H. Hansen
William Henry Hansen, 73, a retired fireman for the Burlington Railroad, died early this morning at his home , 3901 King Hill avenue. Born in Bennington, Idaho, Mr. Hansen had been a resident of St. Joseph 42 years and had served with the Burlington for 30 years before his retirement in Feb. 1943. Mr. Hansen was a member of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen and Enginemen, Local No. 43, and of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mabel Hansen of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Naomia Morris and Mrs. Vernessa Bazzill, both of St. Joseph; four sisters, Mrs. Charles McOmber, Great Falls, Mont.; Mrs. Monty Smith and Mrs. Winnie Bourne, both of Etna, Canada, and Mrs. Vera Fowler, Magrath, Canada; one brother, Orene Hansen, Woolford, Canada, and seven grandchildren. The body is at Stanley's.

Funeral Services for William H. Hansen will be at 3 tomorrow afternoon at the Stamey chapel. Burial will be in Ashland Cemetery. Members of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen and Enginemen will be pallbearers. Mr. Hansen, a retired fireman for the Burlington railroad, died yesterday at his home, 3901 King Hill avenue.

Mr. Hansen, a retired railroad fireman for the Burlington Railroad, died yesterday at his home, 3901 King Hill avenue. Mrs. Naoma Norris, a daughter living in St. Joseph, was incorrectly listed in the previous account as Mrs. Naomia Morris.
