Mrs. Elliott was a lifelong resident of Winn Parish, living near Gansville. She was well known and loved by many friends. For several years she has been in poor health and stayed with her children.
She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Rosa Branch, Dodson, Mrs. Emma Conn, Winnfield, Mrs. Mary Flowers, Olla; two sons, Alfred Elliott, Dodson, R. M. Elliott, West Monroe; one sister, Mrs. R. W. Crain, Dodson; and two brothers, Alfred Emmons, Dodson, Winfred Emmons, Sikes; and a host of grandchildren.
Pallbearers were grandsons of the deceased, Kelly Elliott, Coy Conn, G. W. Conn, John Branch, and Jack Branch.
