E.E. BALDWIN, 71, RETIRED FARMER, EXPIRES TODAY
Elmer E. Baldwin, 71. a retired farmer, died at the home of his son and daughter-ln-Iaw, Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Baldwin, Biglerville R. 1, this morning 7:30 o'clock from a complication of diseases. He had been bedfast one month.
He was a native of Adams county, a son of the late Joseph and Sofia (Warren) Baldwin, and lived all of his life in the county. His wife, the former Mary Cooley. died in 1937.
Surviving are a son, Edgar, with whom he resided; one daughter, Miss Marjorie Baldwin, Biglerville R. 1; three grandchildren; nine brothers and sisters, Mrs. I. D. Knouse, Biglerville R. 1; Mrs. John Bolen, Shippensburg; Mrs. George McCauslin, Bendersville: Mrs. Edward Bush, Sparrow's Point, Maryland; William E. Baldwin. Troy. Ohio; George and Benjamin Baldwin and Mrs. Nellie Miller, all of Biglerville R. 1, and Mrs. Melvin Stover, Arendtsville, and one stepbrother, Denton Lynn, Ruchnow, Pa.
Funeral services from the Routsong funeral home, Bendersville, Tuesday morning at 9:30 o'clock conducted by the Rev. Nelson Frank, Bendersville.
Interment in the Wenksville cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Monday evening from 7 to 9 o'clock
