Benjamin H. Baldwin, 81, died at 3:30 this morning at the home of a daughter, with whom he resided, Mrs. Evelyn Guise, Bendersville. He had been in ill health for several years.
A resident of the Wenksville area where he had engaged in general farming for most of his life, he was a son of the late Joseph and Sophia (Stauffer) Baldwin, and was affiliated with the Wenksville Methodist Church. His wife, the former Pearl E. Warren, died in 1968.
Surviving are his daughter, Mrs. Guise; two sons, Orville Baldwin, Aspers R. 1 and Paul Baldwin, Biglerville R. 1; a sister, Mrs. Nellie Miller, Biglerville R. 1; six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Dugan Funeral Home, Bendersville, with the Rev. Kenneth R. Bonham officiating.
Interment will be in the Wenksville Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Monday evening.
