Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Jane Sparkman, 94, Hartselle 4, who died Friday at a Hartselle hospital will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Moss Chapel Methodist Church, Rev. Ralph Bates and Rev. David Wallace officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery, Peck Funeral Home directing.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Doc Jones, Hartselle; Mrs. Erby Thompson, Hartselle 4; three sons, Leonard Sparkman and Edgar Sparkman, both of Hartselle; Clarence Sparkman, Hartselle 2; 17 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
Mrs. Sparkman was a member of Moss Chapel Methodist Church.
Grandsons will be pallbearers. The body will remain at the funeral home until time to be taken to the church where it will lie in state one hour before services.
