Honey Grove
Mrs. Tommie Ruth Williamson, 72, of 204 Spring Street, died in the Grove Manor Nursing Home at 2:19 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 8, 1972. She had been ill several years and in the nursing home one year.
Funeral services will be held at the Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home chapel at 2:30 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Williamson was born in Honey Grove Feb. 12, 1900, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Rosson.
She married Troy Williamson in Bonham April 9, 1919.
Survivors are her husband, Troy Williamson of the home; one son, John W. Williamson of Livingston; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
She was a member of the Selfs Baptist Church.
Members of the family will be at the funeral home tonight from 7:39 to 9 o'clock to receive friends.
