Warren Kimball Price, of Viola, Del., and formerly of Southport, died Tuesday at his home.
Price was born in Southport, May 31,1909.
Surviving are his wife, Katie Cox Price of Viola; five sons, Warren A. Price of Dover, Del., Richard A. Price of Big Pine Key, Fla., James D. Price of Viola, Thomas H. Price of Oakland, Calif., AND the Rev. Michael L. Price of Greensboro, Md.; and three daughters, Ellen Price Heinbach, Linda Price Shipman and Elizabeth Ann Price, all of Dover.
Also surviving are two brothers, Benjamin H. Price of Beaufort; William W. Price of Woodston; a sister, Althea Price Smith of Southport.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in Bethel Baptist Church, Southport, with the Rev. A.G. Ferris and the Rev. Harold T. Watkins officiating.
In lieu of flowers, gifts in memory of Mr. Price may be made to: Scholarship Fund for Ministerial Students, Wesley Theological Seminary, 4400 Mass. Ave. N.W., Washington, D.C. 20016.
