OBITUARY
MRS. FRANCES A. BROOKS
GREENEVILLE - Mrs Frances Arrowood Brooks, 92, Rt. 4, dies Sunday at 6 pm in Jonesboro Nursing Home.
She was a member of Roan Hill Baptist Church in Johnson City.
Survivors include one son, Willis of Greeneville; four daughters: Mrs. Annie Lamb of Chuckey, Mrs. Rose Huff of Johnson City, Mrs Eunice Carter of Greeneville, and Mrs. Kate Jeffers of Limestone; 26 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; 20 great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Jess Wampler of Greeneville and one brother, Mr. Clarence Arrowood of Michigan.
Kisers is in charge of services.

NOTES:
Frances was the daughter of Manson Erwin Arrowood (also spelled Arwood) and Mary Ann Brobeck. Her siblings are Glen Thomas, James Richard, Louise B., Fannie Jane, Larry Connie, and William Henry Arrowood.
Half siblings from Manson's second wife Elizabeth Brooks, are: Bonnie, Flora Bell, Clarence and Ruth.

On April 9, 1898 Frances married William Barlow Brooks. They had the following children:
