The children of John Fitzpatrick were listed on his Will signed October 1857. The children are listed as: Elizabeth Wells, Mary G. "Polly" Fitzpatrick, Sarah Wells, Samuel Jefferson Fitzpatrick, Newton E. Fitzpatrick of Texas, Margaret Killingsworth, Nancy Killingsworth, Ruth M. Moore and Lois J. Fitzpatrick.

The 1860 Maury County, Tennessee lists this family as: John Fitzpatrick head of house age 69, Lucy Fitzpatrick age 72, Mary Gillam age 45, Lois Fitzpatrick age 29, Nancy R Killingworth age 32, George W Killingworth age 10, Berth Killingworth age 06, (only known child of Nancy Fitzpatrick Killingsworth and John R. Fitzpatrick) Joseph B Killingworth age 01.

Daughter of John Fitzpatrick and Lucy Freeman Fitzpatrick; all three buried in Friendship Cemetery, headstones similar, in the same area. Note: In John Fitzpatrick Will dated October 1857, he provided for a Mary Fitzparick. There was a Mary Gillam that was listed on census records, living in the John Fitzpatrick family household. A "Polly" is mentioned in the letter of Lucy and John's dated Aug 1852, in response to Adaline and Newt's Fitzpatrick's letter, asking the new Texans "how does Polly like the land and is she coming back?" Maury County Court Documents for the Estate of John Fitzpatrick File No. P-01473 contain receipts for distribution of assets 1) dated December 11, 1873 signed Polly G. Fitzpatrick 2) dated December 25, 1875 signed Mary G. Fitzpatirck.

FITZPATRICK, MISS SALLIE, died Monday of bronchial affection; she was the oldest living member of the Friendship Baptist Church at Culleoka; her cousin Miss Polly is now sick with same disease and is quite old.
