KROTH

Fannie Graham was born in Fayette County, Ohio, October 2, 1869. At the age of ten she came with her parents to Jackson county, Kansas, where she has lived since. After attending school she taught for several years.
September 1, 1891, she was united in marriage with Frank Kroth. Their children are Arthur H. and Albert T. of Monument, Kansas, Clifford F. and Clarence R., who are still at home, Mrs. Lilah Huffman of Havensville, Mrs. Eva Bottom of Havensville, and Lorah, who has been so faithful in the home durng the illness of her mother. One daugter died in infancy. Aside from these children, a motherless nephew, Clyde Lasswell, made his home for about three years with this family who took him to their hearts and loved and cared for him as their own.
Besides her husband, children and nine grandchildren, she leaves four brothers, H.F. Graham, and Thomas Graham of Holton, Harry Graham of Beloit, Frank Graham of Soldier and one sister, Mrs. Anna Coverdale, of Havensville.
Shortly after her marriage she united with the Methodist church at Bucks Grove. She believed in a practical religion, the principles of which she applied to the affairs of her every day life.
After an illness extending over a period of three years, she passed away Sunday evening, October 24, 1926, at the age of fifty-seven years and twenty-two days. She leaves to her family and friends the memory of a beautiful life which found expression in unselfish love, self-sacrificing devotion and willing service.
Funeral services were conducted from the Bucks Grove church on Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock by Rev. R.O. Gilpin of Perry, assisted by her pastor, Rev. J.P. Groh.
