Services for Joseph C. Lowe will be this afternoon, 2:00 o'clock, at the Baker Funeral Home, Danville. He died Monday, at his home on R.R. 3, Danville. The Rev. Glen Clark will officiate with burial in the Old Union Cemetery.
A native of Hendricks County, he was born Feb. 18, 1876 the son of the late Nathan B. and Sara Coffin Lowe. His wife, the late Mertie Lowe, preceded him in 1949.
He spent his lifetime engaged in farming.
Survivors include a son, Otis Lowe, Danville; a sister, Mrs. Alice Jackson of Indianapolis; and several grand and great-grandchildren.
