Services for Mrs. Elizabeth Ward, 83, who died at a rest home in Davis Wednesday, were in the First Baptist Church, Davis, at 2:30 p..m. Friday.
The Rev. N. N. Antenson, officiated. Burial was in Greenhill Cemetery, Davis, with Bahner Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Ward was born January 12, 1875 at Whit, Texas and had live in and around Sulphur and Davis for the past 25 years. She was a member of the Baptist church.
Surviving are her husband Thomas J. Ward; Sulphur, five daughters, Mrs. Lois Garrett, Bakersfield, Calif., Mrs. I. O. Hooper, Houston, Texas, Mrs. Jess Caldwell, Oklahoma City and Mrs. Rosa Beers and Mrs. Clyde Ramsey of Davis; a son, Herman Ward, Shepard, Texas and two sisters Mrs. Lula Clark, San Diego, Calif. and Mrs. Floyd Tinker, Fillmore, Calif.
