Mary Catherine Keppley, 88, of 121 Pine St., Newmanstown, died of natural causes Friday at home. She was the wife of the late Clarence Keppley Sr. Born in Lancaster County, she was a daughter of the late Emmanuel and Ella Kreiser Boughter. Surviving are seven daughters, Betty Bachert, Margaret Frankfort, Stella Martzall, Sherry, wife of Ammon Hammer, and Sally, wife of Ralph Weachter Jr., all of Newmanstown, and Beatrice Beamesderfer and Edith Martzall, both of Schaefferstown; four sons, Clarence E. Jr., Kenneth L. and Henry J., all of Newmanstown, and Harold of Brownstown; 43 grandchildren; 69 great grandchildren; and 10 great great grandchildren. (Lancaster New Era - Jan 25, 1997)
