NORTH POINT--Henry Nebeker, 76, a resident of North Point, died at a local hospital Thursday at 11:40 a. m. of causes incident to age.

Mr. Nebeker was born in Payson, June 3, 1859, a son of Henry and Ann Van Wagerner Nebeker. He had resided in Salt Lake county the past 17 years. He had been in ill health 10 years.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Ada Bahr Nebeker,; a son, Glen Nebeker, Salt Lake City; seven daughters, Mrs. Rhoda Davis, Payson; Miss Fern Nebeker, Mrs. Mytral Hone, Mrs. Berniece Neilson, Mrs. Fay Olsen, Mrs. Vanda Cowley and Mrs. La Fawn Lattey, all of Salt Lake City; a brother, Frank Nebeker, Shoshone, Idaho, and two sisters, Mrs. Dora Malmquist, Sigurd, Utah, and Mrs. Maud Wall, Manilla, Utah.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 2:30 p. m. at the Deseret mortuary under the direction of Bishop Conrad Stetznegger. Additional services will be held in the Payson Fourth L. D. S. ward chapel Sunday, Bishop George A. Cheever officiating.
