Mr. McSweeny was born April 26, 1932 in Emmett, Arkansas, and died Dec. 23, 1990 at Casa Grande Regional Medical Center. He retired to Casa Grande from Ajo, where he was employed by Phelps Dodge Corp. for 30 years. He was a Korean War veteran.
