Mrs. Grace Ruth McSweeny, aged 79, died Monday night, July 3, in an Ajo, Arizona hospital. She was the widow of the late Jean (sic) M. McSweeny of Emmet. Formerly of Nevada County, Mrs. McSweeny had made her home in Ajo since 1952.
Survivors include six sons, ? R. Po?" McSweeny of Prescott, C. ? "Blue" McSweeny of Odessa, Texas, Thurman, Bill Floyd, and James McSweeny, all of Ajo, Ariz.; two daughters, Mrs. Jim Faulkner of Emmet and Mrs. Bill Cromer of Ajo, Ariz.; two sisters, Mrs. Mattie Yarberry of Ajo, Ariz. and Mrs. Olivia Norwell of Prescott; one sister-in-law, Mrs. E. B. McSweeny of Prescott; 31 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held July 6th at the Church of Christ in Ajo, Ariz. Burial was in Ajo Cemetery.
