MR. SINDER

VALLEY -- Mr. Bennie Byron Snider, 66, of Valley died Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2005 at his residence.

Funeral services are scheduled Friday, Sept. 16, at 11 a.m. at Shawmut First Baptist Church of Valleyy with Dr. Jerome King officiating. Burial will follow at Langdale Cemetery.

Mr. Snider is survived by his wife, Rebecca Snider of Valley, one son, William "Buddy" Combs; two daughters, Deborah Combs and Ann (Tony) Jones; six grandchildren, Brandon Combs, Dustin Combs, Shane (Sharon) House, Jonah (John) House, David (Carrie) Jone and Rebecca Jones; five great-grandhilcren, Adriana House, Austin House, Hannah McGill, Chloe McGill and Katie Jones; five brothers, Phil Snider, Bubba Snider, Perry Snider, Ronnie Snider and Felix Snider; three sisters, Martha Hall, Margaret Bonner and Marion Bonne; and a host of neices and nephews.

Borbn May 30, 1939 in Chambers County, Mr. Snider was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Bennie Snider. He was a retired employee of WewstPoint Manufacturing/Johnston Industries, with 46 years of service. He was a member of Shawmut First Baptist Church and Bobby's Backyard Brotherhood. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Mr. Snider was preceded in death by his brother, Lynwood Snider, and his grandson, Joshua House.

Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Chattahoochee Hospice or to Shawmut First Baptist Church in his memory.

The family will receive friends Thursday, Sept. 15 from 6 until 8 p.m. at Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home in Valley.
