James Wooten
James Wooten, 39, died Wednesday, May 9, 2001, at Homeview Center of Franklin. He was a resident of Edinburgh.
He was born Oct. 4, 1961, in Franklin. His parents are Bulen and Margie (Fitch) Wooten of Edinburgh. Survivors include two sons, Aaron Clarke of Columbus and James Wooten II of Edinburgh; five daughters, Joellen Howard of Brown County and Kristie, Tasha, Keesha and Holly Wooten, all of Columbus; two brothers, Ed Wooten of Columbus and Tom Wooten of Stafford, Ky.; a sister, Wanda Wooten of Columbus; and a grandson. He was preceded in death by a brother, Huley Wooten; and a sister, Barbara Wooten.
He was a self-employed wreath maker.
The Rev. Glenn Poynter will conduct a service at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh. Friends may call from noon until time of service Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
