Cynthia Copper was born in Ohio, March 2, 1853. At the age of five, she, with her parents moved to Wisconsin. She was married to John Campbell March 15, 1882. To them were born five children, three sons and two daughters, who with her husband survive her. In the year 1902 they left Wisconsin settling in Holt county, Nebraska, where they remained until 1907, when they moved to University Place, Nebraska. Mrs. Campbell had not enjoyed good health for several years but her last sickness was of short duration, she being confined to her room but about two weeks. She died on the evening of April 18. The funeral was conducted by Mr. Louis Gregory of Lincoln, who officiated as Christian Science Reader, to which church the deceased belonged. The remains were interred in Wyuka on Saturday forenoon.

NOTE: Cynthia and John Olson were the parents of a daughter that is not listed below, Gertrude Olson born Apr 1874 in Ferryville, Crawford, Wisconsin. Nothing futher is known about Gertrude past the 1880 federal census.
