Mrs. Nancy Lambert, Stratford, passed away July 4, 1966 at 6:00 p.m., in the Valley View Hospital, Ada. Mrs. Lambert was born April 15, 1875 in Cherokee, Alabama, and was 91 years of age at the time of her death. She came to this community in 1920 and was a member of the Methodist Church of Stratford. Funeral services were conducted inthe Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. B.L. Haley officiating. Interment was in the McGee Cemetery, with arrangements by Stratford funeral Home.
Survivors are six daughters, Mrs. Lona Cox of Lamesa, Texas, Mrs. Letha Edwards of Tucson, Arizona, Mrs. Lera Gabbert and Mrs. Madell Runyan, both of Pasadena, California, Mrs. Mary Butler of Hoisington, Kansas and Mrs. Marie Haynes of Oklahoma City, three sons, Cliff of O'Dennell, Texas, and Jack and Don, both of Stratford; and two brothers, one sister, twenty-one grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by S.A. Lambert on June 30, 1954. 7 July 1966
