On June 11, 1922 she was married to Carl Holm of Shevlin. For the last several months they have been living at Hibbing, where her husband is employed. The cause of her death was rheumatism of the heart. She leaves to mourn her departure, a husband and baby daughter, besides her father, mother, four sisters and three brothers.
The funeral was held Monday, May 19. Rev. H.W. Sorenson officiated at the home and Shevlin, preached the Norwegian sermon while Rev. A. Sorenson of Bagley officiated in English. The church was beautifully decorated. The Shevlin Choir added 3 songs to the solemnity of the occasion. The Shevlin church was filled to over flowing with friends and neighbors. The Independent with the community extends sympathy to the bereaved husband and family of the deceased.
