Frank was the son of Elliot Casey born in NY and Matilda Clements bornin Ireland. He was the husband of Mary J. Finnigan who was born in 1870 and died in 1939. He was also step father to Matilda's five children from her first marriage to John Dogherty who died in 1902. They were John 1894-1964; Helen V. 1890-1973; Elizabeth M. 1897-1978; Martin E. 1899-1983 and Thomas 1899-1899. Matilda and Frank had 4 children. They were Eleanor Mary Casey Frisch (married to August Werner Frisch) 1907-1988; and her twin Francis Nelson Casey, Sr. 1907 - 1981; Robert Joseph Casey 1910-1971; and Joseph Casey 1914-1969. Frank died of a ruptured appendicts and peritonitis.
