Warren Black, 79, of Rt.1, Deport, died 15 Dec 1980 in a Paris hospital.

Graveside services were held Tuesday afternoon in Restland Cemetery in Cunningham with the Rev. Weldon Allen officiating. Grant Funeral Home had charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Black was born in Cunningham on 11 Feb 1901, son of William W. Black and Lydie Wright Black.

He married Ruby Faye Young in Cunningham, in 1919.

Survivors include his wife; four sons, William Clay Black of Paris, Hercial L. Black of Manassas, Va., Thomas G. Black of Howe and Bobby Don Black of Garland; one daughter, Juanita Davis of Terrell; five sisters, Mrs. Frankie Archibald of Cunningham, Mrs. Beth Barton of Deport, Mrs. Bird Garrett of Plano, Mrs. Lillie Talley of Sherman, and Mrs. Una McGraw of Deport; 25 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
