Bertha Mae Craig Landry died at 2:15 p.m. Wednesday, March 16, 2005, at Hammond Nursing Home in Hammond. She was 81, a resident of Walker and a native of Magee, Mo. Visitation was at Seale Funeral Home, Livingston, Friday. Visitation was at Shady Bower Pentecostal Church, Walker, from 11 a.m. Saturday until religious services at 2 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Phil Calvin and the Rev. Harold Haynes. Interment was in Vickers Cemetery, Walker. She is survived by daughters, Nina Tridico, Jan Politz, Elaine Watts and Nellie Holliday; sons, Jerry Cantrell and Ray Crowder; sisters, Wanda Abbott and Earline Payne; brothers, Barney Craig, Robert Craig, Elzia Craig and Orville Craig; 13 grandchildren, 10 stepgrandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Nolan J. Landry; parents, Leonard Hickman and Clare Peters Craig; brothers, H.B. and W.E. Craig; and sons-in-law, Tollie Rabalais and Ernest Rabalais. She was a member of Shady Bower Pentecostal Church in Walker.
